My name is Kru Joe and I am a Tattoo Artist based in Stratford, Ontario.
I specialize in Japanese and black and grey realism tattoos! I am known for large scale pieces like sleeves (arm and leg) and back/chest pieces but I enjoy small to medium projects as well! I am very passionate about tattooing and take great pride in my work!
My over all mission is to provide you with a safe/clean environment above the industry standards and give you the best tattoo and best tattoo experience possible!
On top of tattooing, I enjoy doing many different types of art including traditional Japanese painting and pencil portraits.

PRICING
Great art takes time! Rushing a tattoo will never provide the same quality as one that wasn’t rushed! So to keep with our mission on providing you with the best tattoo possible we offer flat rate pricing opposed to hourly. This takes the stress away from you as the client, as you know exactly what your paying prior. This allows me to take my time and crush your tattoo without having to look at the clock and you breaking the bank!
Small-medium tattoo service: flat rate pricing based on design and placement
Large/very detailed/ multi session tattoo service: Full Day rate per session Sessions vary 6-8hrs
CUSTOM TATTOOS
I collaborate with you through a consultation, take your ideas, reference pictures and create a stunning one of a kind custom tattoo!
UP FOR GRABS DESIGNS
I love creating and when Im not in the shop tattooing, I am constantly making “up for grabs” designs that are ready to ink (as you can see from my frequent social media posts). Here are some FAQ answers about up for grabs:
-Up for grabs will only be tattooed once, if you see an up for grabs design you like but it has been claimed I can make one similar for you!
-sizing for up for grabs depends on the design. Some require specific size, placement etc
-modifications can be made but are limited (we can always do full custom tattoo with the same elements)

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward the final cost of the tattoo.
We understand that things happen, If you need to reschedule we ask for 48/HOUR notice to allow time to book someone else in your place.
